Associates Program
If your credit union is in transition (eg. new management, pre-
or post-merger, evaluating charter changes) or looking to make
dramatic leaps in performance, then you could benefit from an
on-going consulting partnership. Our Associates Program was designed
with you in mind.
A limited number of CEOs can participate in the Associate Program
under an annual contract. The Program provides you with both tools
and thought leadership to enhance the performance of your
credit union.
The core idea of our Associates Program is to provide CEOs with
access to objective, knowledgeable advice as needed, when needed.
Our consultants provide a resource outside the political and operational
structure of the credit union so that CEOs can sharpen their thinking
and clarify priorities from the mass of detail they are subject
to. There is always a need for an outside, external view, but
one that is informed by the industry.
Callahan has two levels of Associates. All Associates are given
priority access to our senior executives. You can call to discuss
your strategic initiatives
.All Associates also receive our
entire suite of publications and software tools*, as well as a
ticket to any of our webinars during the course of their partnership.
Level 1 includes your choice of either a one-day on-site
planning session with our senior executives or Chip Filson, president
of Callahan & Associates (see Bios); or two online Board/Senior
Management planning sessions.
Level 2 has a single differentiating feature: membership
in the Callahan Online Survey Consortium.
The Survey Consortium is a group of 20 leading credit unions that
conducts quarterly online surveys of their membership to provide
continual analysis of their online strategies and explore potential
new avenues for development. This is an especially valuable feature
for credit unions interested in optimizing their online services.
Associates Program runs from $1,000/month to $1,500/month. Please
fill out the information below if you would like one to speak
with us about becoming an Associate.
* Our suite of tools includes a copy of all annual Callahan
publications (Credit Union Directory, Technology Survey, Yearbook
& Quarterly Set, CUSO Guide, and CPA Survey), the Callahan
Report monthly for the course of their membership, a quarterly
Peer-to-Peer subscription, and free access to download all of
our research studies.
