Callahan Speakers Bureau

"I just had to tell you that your presentation was truly outstanding. I was immensely impressed - with your message, your thoughtful articulation of our challenges, and for your case for passion in credit unions. For those of us who've been in this movement for many years, I share many of your perspectives and concerns. I wish everyone in the movement could have heard your thoughts."

An important area of cooperation for credit unions is learning together. From strategic planning meetings with boards and staffs, to CEO roundtables, league planning sessions or user meetings, Callahan personnel have been asked to provide insight and assistance.

Our speaking topics are educational. We use custom data and strategic issues from our firm to provide the basis of our talks.

Speaking at the Level of the Audience
The professional backgrounds of attendees at credit union meetings can range from the most expert CEO to the novice board member still trying to understand what a credit union does.

We use slides and data that will be appropriate for the experience level of the audience. For example with CFO's we will discuss issues of different cost management approaches and what new business models would look like. For board members, we will prepare charts and graphs that show trends that can be understood by everyone.

Creating Content for Your Event
We use Callahan & Associates data from our Peer-to-Peer software program to document all key trends. Case studies from outside the credit union system are included to illustrate points. In addition, we will use examples from our consulting to illustrate how credit unions implement strategic concepts.
