Callahan's Credit Union Internet Strategy Consortium

Callahan's Internet Strategy Consortium conducts quarterly online surveys of participating credit union's membership to provide continual analysis of their online strategies and explore potential new avenues for development.

As a group, we are able to pool our resources to produce top quality surveys quickly and at a fraction of the cost of doing it alone. New topics are collectively chosen by the Consortium and designed by Callahan's researchers. Our Internet programmers construct the survey and provide simple instructions for your technical staff to implement on your credit union's website.

Once the results are in, participants receive:

  • Custom analysis of their data
  • Consortium totals for comparison purposes
  • A research report that summarizes the findings and provides recommendations.

As a final step, Consortium members participate in a moderated online seminar to discuss new opportunities and share past lessons learned from experience.

Representatives from the Consortium credit unions also get together once a year in-person for a day of brainstorming and networking.

Annual membership includes four new surveys plus your choice of any two past surveys from our library.
