Corporate Associate Program

Program Overview

The Corporate Associate Program provides entry-level training for new college graduates interested in the credit union industry. Corporate Associates receive a broad-based training with exposure to sales, marketing, financial analysis, and content delivery.

The program consists of 4-6 Corporate Associates (CAs) who complete a rigorous 6-month training program before accepting a permanent position with the company. The program typically begins in June. CAs are placed in each of the company's business units (Marketing & Communications, Industry Analysis, E-Commerce, and Client Relationship Management/Sales) for a four week period. Each rotation provides a hands-on learning experience.

The program is designed so that you learn both the 'hard' skills (technical, software) and the 'soft' skills (industry knowledge, customer service) necessary to be a successful, permanent employee. The program requires the completion of defined goals, and CAs are expected to demonstrate independence and initiative in accomplishing these. CAs also work on a team project for presentation to senior management.
