Every product Callahan has developed relies on industry support. When Callahan & Associates started in 1985, there was no national directory listing every credit union with financial data. The private insurers and leagues helped create that first volume of the Credit Union Directory - and those following - with complete state and industry information.

Cooperation is the key to credit unions changing faster and being more responsive to market and member needs. When credit unions share innovative practices in health savings accounts, first-time home buyer programs, or marketing breakthroughs, the whole industry can learn the details right away. Today that cooperation is the primary source of content for CUTV webinar presentations, case studies in the quarterly CUSP journal, as well as the credit union insights featured in our complimentary Trendwatch webinar every quarter. The origin of the Peer-to-Peer and CUAnalyzer software products and the internet solutions on CreditUnions.com were joint efforts with credit unions seeking better ways to analyze performance and serve members.
