Jay Johnson
Jay Johnson, Executive Vice President, leads the company's research and analysis of key trends and issues driving credit union performance in the marketplace. Jay presents credit union performance trends and best practices in lending and deposit strategies, delivery channel management, and technology utilization to regional and national credit union conferences, as well as credit union strategic planning sessions.
Previous conference appearances include the CUNA CFO and Operations Councils, CUDL's Auto Lending Symposium, CO-OP Financial Services Payments Roundtable, Western CUNA Management School, and RSM McGladrey's Supervisory Committee Conference.
His prior professional experience includes management of the seventh largest sweep program among U.S. banks while at Wachovia Corporation. He also participated in the organization of the Financial Services Industry Group at Wachovia. A native of Phoenix, Johnson earned a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a CFA charterholder and holds his Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses. Jay currently serves on the NACUSO Board of Directors.
