Lydia Cole

In her role as an Industry Analyst at Callahan, Lydia specializes in leading the company's ongoing research activities related to delivery channel trends and credit union service organizations (CUSOs) strategies. Lydia also conducts research related to credit union delivery channel trends and innovation, including branching trends, call center productivity, and new channels such as remote deposit capture.

Her particular focus within CUSOs is credit union retail investment services, including performance and best practices. Lydia manages the front-end research and publication of the Callahan/SCS Retail Investment Services Benchmark Program report.

Lydia also applies her expertise to the development of timely and insightful webinars, including a well-received recent offering on the credit union industry's growing adoption of remote deposit capture (RDC).
She holds a B.A. in American Studies from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with a major in Political Science and minor in Economics.
