Digital Engagement Associate

This role is responsible for leveraging our editorial content to increase engagement with clients and prospective clients. While reporting to the VP of Marketing & Engagement, you will be working closely with our Media & Analytics teams – the content producers.

We’re looking for a high-energy, creative, and super-organized individual to guide completed content out to our audience, position and market that content across our communications and web properties, and analyze and report on the performance of content efforts. You’ll be a little bit content marketer, a little bit digital analyst, and a little bit engagement editor. Sound like fun?

Preferred skills and abilities:

  • Experience with email automation platforms, SEO practices, and Google Analytics
  • Interest in or experience with Microsoft SQL or Marketo a plus


  • Create engaging and compelling weekly editorial e-newsletters (6-10/week) for paid and free readership of
  • End-to-end responsibility for a series of weekly and monthly client engagement newsletters segmented based on product usage and roles.
  • Develop and update analytics tracking documents, dashboards, and new reports/reporting tools, both in Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Assist in creating a scalable reporting process and innovate ways to use report data to steer content creation and deployment.
  • Prioritize web analytics requests, tasks, and deliverables according to business needs and resources.
  • Work with management to create short- and long-term digital strategies. Identify areas for improvement on the website; execute ways to make it stronger and stickier.


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, project management, and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self‐starting problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to find a solution
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Advanced level of comfort with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with HTML and/or Dreamweaver
