      The Future Of The Peer Suite & Rebranded CU Programs

      To our dedicated credit union clients:

      Over the last couple of years, we’ve been hard at work developing a re-imagined performance benchmarking platform called the Peer Suite to bring all our performance analysis tools to one convenient place.

      We’re excited to share that as part of this, Peer Suite will launch 3 access levels mid-February to support your institution’s leaders across all departments and skill levels.

      Current clients of Callahan will be migrated into the access levels based on current subscription so you can enjoy the performance tools you love with a better experience. You won’t be charged any more than you pay for Callahan services today unless you choose to upgrade in the future or at renewal.

      Over the next few weeks, we will be reaching out directly to the primary contacts at your credit union to share more details and training opportunities for your staff.

    Overview Of The Peer Suite:

      New! Peer Express:
      Featuring built-in dashboards with integrated star ratings, ratio definitions, and performance analysis guidance to help you make strategic decisions, this access levels offers a simple solution for credit unions to tap into data regardless of department and easily onboard new leaders, executives, or board members with integrated education.

      New! Peer Premium:
      Leverage everything in express plus more data (CU, Bank, and HMDA), hundreds of built-in displays, the ability to create your own displays and dashboards, and analyze potential merger opportunities. This access level is designed for credit union leader looking for more creative flexibility to make stronger strategic decisions for tomorrow.

      Peer+:
      Including everything from Express & Premium, Peer+ empowers credit union leaders to achieve elevated research and strategies to move the needle.

      With access to alternative data sets (like NII) not available anywhere else, the ability to analyze your market to find new opportunities and incorporate U.S Census Data and demographic data into your research – this access level challenges users to elevate their analysis and accelerate their performance.

    • Note:

      As part of the evolution of our benchmarking suite, we’ve integrated the features you loved in Search & Analyze and  Peer Profiles into the remaining access levels of Peer Suite. As part of this launch, credit unions will no longer see Peer Profiles as a viewing option, but may refer to our S&A Transition Guide to quickly learn how to get the information you rely on with ease.

Will my subscription with Callahan change/will I be charged more?

While Callahan subscription programs are being tweaked to support the future of our performance benchmarking tools, we’ve made it a priority to ensure our dedicated clients will still have access to the products and services you rely on, with the addition of migrating you to the correct access level for the Peer Suite.

While every client has unique needs and services, we’ll be reaching out to share more details pertaining to your subscription and access level.

What about Peer Classic, CUAnalyzer and BranchAnalyzer?

While we are still in the beta phase of building the Peer Suite, you will still have access to our other products until we’ve fully integrated those tools into the Peer Suite. At which time we will communicate with users and show you how to get the reports you need from Peer Suite.

How Will I Know What Access Level My Credit Union Is Being Migrated To?

We’ve begun reaching out to our primary contacts at each credit union to share this information. If you aren’t sure if you’re the primary contact, or you are and have not received emails from Callahan by Feb 10th, please reach out to your account manager located on the Callahan Portal.

Can Our Credit Union Upgrade Access Levels?

Yes! We hope that you see the value in having access to a wide range of complex data to integrate into your credit unions strategies.

While you can reach out to your account manager directly, you’ll also notice when on Peer Express or Premium that certain features or folders will be locked.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about what’s not available and complete a contact form to let your Account Manager know you’d like to know more about it.
